Flagrant Entertainment was founded by Phillip Christopher Cain in 2009 as a production company producing music for a wide array of local artists and genres. A short time later, two additions were made as Anthony Couch and Aaron L.M. Shelton joined the company as officers, sending Flagrant Entertainment on its way to becoming a full service record label, offering artist management, promotion, and development in addition to production.
Donning a fresh and grass roots approach to the music industry, Flagrant Entertainment soon began to effectively market, promote, distribute, produce and most importantly - guide - its artists without using the same old "machine" to do so. The company is dedicated to becoming a leader in the entertainment industry through a genuine appreciation for the art, integrity to the craft and a dedication to each artist's development and personal success.
With AC and Doc Martin as the flagship artists, Flagrant will soon be adding to the roster of budding and rising stars. Attacking the industry with a focused stable of dedicated and original artists, Flagrant Entertainment will become one of the most recognizable entities in the music industry.
The company has a strong foundation in hip-hop and alternative music, and Flagrant Entertainment's current roster reflects the diversity of the genre. With a variety of projects on the horizon, and new and budding artists such as Mac Yoda entering the fray, it is plain to see that Flagrant's rise to success will be as blatant as their name.
